Company name is popular .but work staff life is danger

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

Work nature and work schedule is comfortable at site condition then progress and process also following in daily basis and review system. In construction side learning lot of things in residential building and finishing side

Can earn Extraordinary level of management skills, planning and in quality.... System of work or sequence of work was appreciable

Our economical background will remain same...but increased in technical knowledge...huge pressure in some moment's and lot of work loads...this leads to learn lot here
