Salary Negotiation in an interview
Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more. Anyway a face to face interview is scheduled next week. How to ask them a higher salary from what I have mentioned earlier. And how much I can ask more. Please help. Thanks in advance.

My experience working at Apparna Engineering works was excellent. I really had a great time during my tenure period of serving about two years. I worked as a Quality Engineer, at first I was appointed as a fresher and now I am more qualified and confident in this field of Inspection. I give 4/5 stars for the whole company operation, maintenance, production and most important quality.

Dislikes

I just don't like the strict working conditions for an engineers, especially they don't allow you to take much leaves, but if you are committed to work passionately then these is the great opportunity awaiting for you.
