Liked almost NOTHING about my 2 years+ stint there, the surrounding area is good though, so if one wants to stretch their legs during lunch, there are lots of great places to eat nearby.

Dislikes

...s a lot of work (most of it menial), much follow up and low work-life balance. - Pay is also not that great. - Training for new joinees is not decent. - No culture, no activities, just work and work like cogs in a wheel.

A stretch of experience. good compensation . Data driven culture

work life balance overload of work . Capacity planning can be better. We mostly stretch to complete work. Growth is good in business and finance teams only.

Hell lot of meetings, no work life balance, no proper guidance for freshers, leadership team is not at all bothered about the team( not all). Worst place ever for the freshers to join.

Repetitive work, you begin to do things in silos sometimes. Your not connected to lot of teams, learning is not very rich...you have to make a lot of extra efforts.

It's always Day 1 at Appario. As an intern, I have great learning in the industry. The manager is really really supportive, what else one needs in corporate? Overall a great experience.

There are no proper policies laid down for interns which at times becomes confusing.
