Salary Expectations
I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?

Company culture is very bad. Only chamchas getting higher salaries without doing anything in terms of work. Those who are hardworking loaded with all the work. they want one or two people to do 6 people's work. No proper facilities or basic amenities. No clean toilets and no office boy. You have to do everything yourself and not even tea is provided. No job security at all.
