Everything, they not increased salary in India. For Ahmedabad employees they just treated as job worker. Working is very bad from past 4-5 years books of accounts are terrible. Mostly in uae accounts.

Politics and nobody supports you when you are fighting for your rights during work, people who don't no how to do SOP's they are becoming managers, management failed in this, there is no respect even if you are senior, who is backbiting and gossips with manager they Wil become Assistant managers, and there is no salary increment

Company have budget. But they didn't provide increments. And the gujarati community peoples are doing more politics department wise persons name Dhara gandhi, anudeep patwari, nemish kamdhar, vinay kotecha, jignesh maheria.
