The doctor mainly in the IMT team head Dr Sushil discriminates south Indian staff as black people, and these south Indian staff are not having bath while coming to the duties. I really disappointed the way Dr Sushil behaves with the staff, and the way he treats the staff, . My humble request is to terminate him from his duties .Dr.Sushil ,he must sac from the hospital.

Job is secure in this beautiful organisation as long one wants to depending on his character. If you are good organisation is better and if you are not good nothing seems to be good. Work culture is good and it needs to evolve into the best. There is always a scope of improvement. Management and policies are supportive and entirely designed for the benefit of all internal and external stakeholders.

It's an instant gratification kind of world. Many people get offended by the what's app culture of the heads of the department. My only submission here is that we are all working for the good of the organisation and must stick to that and not settle scores on what's app. If anything is wrong it should not be displayed on what's app for everybody to see and make fun off but it should be addressed to the one who is responsible and its his responsibility to correct it. People take sadistic pleasure in this. This needs to be improved and it will certainly make it a more beautiful place to work with.

Staff disignation is not a in proper way because according to the seniority promotion is very important..so it is not a following here..for example any one as post of team leader and then next day he will be recieve a patient and do the work as same a staff nurse bed side..it is not a faire.....
