The company have excellent goal and leading the performance also good.. But the employees salary comparison is not good.. because they focus the production and achievement goals.. employees life is depending only the salary and compansation .. in this particular thing they did not focus..

On time salary Good people in local level Great team in SBU level Supportive work culture Everything good regarding local team and mid level management

Dislikes

Higher management is bringing on unnecessary pressure. NRC ( daily followups and customer calls) No trust in sales and service team Company does back end calls to the dealers to ask for employee performance. Very poor appraisal system Company is earning profit but they are not passing down the line. Restricted growth opportunities. They have kept their prices high in the month of aug and September in comparison to MRF and now when they lost market share they are blaming the sales force

Freedom of developing skills and good team to coordinate in every situations and best guidance to get knowledge on work flow and process flow of industries.

...n permanent job in their organization even after they have got enough knowledge. Salary is also not negligible. It's hard to see future there.
