This company is very good in every scenario.Work style, food, facilities, safety of employees. I liked everything about this company.

One of most biggest problem for trainees is your contrator based joining system. At the time of joining they lie everything like about salary, work system.And for the northern trainees who knows hindi and english but not tamil suffers sometime.

Work culture, no learning opportunity, no growth, poor benefits and compensation, no work satisfaction. Manufacturing shift officer job is nightmare. Forced to stay after shift also

Good work environment and culture, teammates are supportive and the management is too. Company policies are good

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is not acceptable
