Becouse i have six year experience as pharmacist adapted lots of skill during my past experience but last 3 month more improve after joined apollo, like customers handling and communication, and know about new brand of drugs

Pharmacists enjoy flexibility, mobility, and stability in their preferred career field. A pharmacist has the liberty to choose the hours to work. You can decide to work on -time shifts, night shifts, day shifts or work on the weekends.

Dislikes

Due to very low salaries for pharmacist cadre many qualified pharma graduates will not prefer the this job and lack of proper vigilance on pharma stores, management will recruit non pharma people where quality of profession is compromised.

...you will have only one leave in a week which is also decided by your supervisor. And hactic sales pressure,no work life balance, and salary is just below the beggars earns in month Worst decision of my life to apply in apollo pharmacy,

Just the on time monthly pay

Dislikes

1. Extra working hours 2. No compensation 3. Sales pressure 4. No flexibility 5. You don’t get even the leaves you have Job location is selected far from home city on purpose and you can’t even get a transfer to your home city . 6. The management is shit. 7. No one cares about your health and sometimes you have to do double shifts continuously as long as 18-19 hrs 8. You don’t get consistent week off or even you won’t get it sometimes. 9. No holidays for festivals and other things.

Only thing i liked about apollo pharmacy was, salary was on time... no delays in salary.

Dislikes

There are many things which I personally dislike with apollo, Every month sale pressure was increasing, whatever extra curricular activities, we have to perform extra duty hours like if a manager, dgm or anyone is visiting the store prior to that for more than 2 to 3 days we have to perform extra duty hours like our duty was 9 hours but we had to work 12 hours and even some days we have worked 13 hours also, there are still many things...but i don't want to share those...let it be
