As a pharmacist, you don't get any respect so don't think of that. In pharamcy, all member are better than you. You have to go home delivery if their is no delivery boy. so if b.pharm pharmacist or d.pharmacist no matter what you are ... kind that in mind ... They only want to sale on apollo products.

If you want to gain knowledge then you are at the right place.. starting salary is better than any other companies even for freshers...Good environment to work...and yes this is a retail sector so you have achieve all your targets provided by organization or your seniors... basically you have to do sale.

I most dislike one about the company that in the name of appraisal they will give you a 🍭 enjoy and work properly

...s Not transparent. There is Not a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are very bad not appraisals are fair and they give not good salary hike and bonus every year. *There are always Male & Female employee living like girl friend & Boy Friend specially in Galleria Pharmacy Gurgaon*

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address any issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 1 years which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

...nt and culture. Teammates are very supportive and the management is transparent. Appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year. Management is great. Given salary by this company alwyz on time. Company policies simple and secure also company is very good for carrier.

I think there is no criteria for promotion and salary growth. Only ef you are spended so much time or you have a better source or you have a better luck.
