There many points that I don’t like 1. They pay less for pharmacist even they using license 2.Superior are not educated there is no career growth even they only choose uneducated people for such pose so they can give them pressure and do unnecessary things 3. Manager is useless he don’t know how to speak and don’t listen to his employees 4 he is not helpful they are not providing me recommendations latter for my higher study Overall it’s useless culture here I suggest you don’t spend morethan one year

All comes fine and Good related to work inside the store. But, the only worst thing is they will make employees to pay the store shortages even though the employees is not responsible for the caused losses. This is the worst culture I've ever seen in such reputated organization where I've held high respect towards this Apollo pharmacy and my whole family is the regular customers in Apollo pharmacy. But I REGRET HIGHLY BY JOINING. (Note : May be other APOLLO pharmacy branches won't be doing this ungrateful thing but I don't know. Where I've suffered the pressure to pay the shortage is APOLLO PHARMACY, AYODHYA NAGAR, KAPRA - Branch ID : 15691

There is no pressure at all we work like a team, almost all members are good by nature i never think that i m out of my hometown.It is a new family at gurgaon.

Dislikes

Some employees use local language,abusing words which is not a big deal for them but i don't like such type of words.In my thought low standard peoples use that type of words but unfortunately my coworkers use these words.
