Direct involvement of company owner for every department works even who will come is which shift also all manpower handling, every thing is handled by him, there is limited power of plant head and other incharges. There is designation doesn't matter, higher post people working in shift as an shift engineer, and engineers are doing management work. Overall terrible experience.
