The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. i really appreciate that I am part of team. only the thing is we can get better experience and working knowledge Worked with Apollo Institute of Medical Sciences and Research, Hyderabad and Chittoor.

No encouragement, They do not consider appraisal while increment time, less increments, high work pressure, working hours more than 8 hours, commanding in work,

Working for first time taking up the challenge as a novice under the right mentorship was a very useful experience.

Dislikes

Nothing works systematically, there were times when even the foreign visitors were able to point out lapses at various levels.

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?
