.... One of the best employers. Teammates are always cooperative. HR is supportive. Little-bit poor in the matter of travel and salary. But everything is amazingly better than others.

Dislikes

Shift duties and ofcourse working with patients makes you emotional but sometimes you are unable to do anything.

On time salary payment.

Dislikes

Bad treatment of employees by some consultant doctors and some in managerial designations. This happens more with particular targeted employees low in hierarchy. Be more than 10 minutes late for work for more than 3 days, your pay is cut in half, same is true even if you are within 10 minutes late for more than 3 days, even though you stay back and compensate - they don't care (it's company policy).

Good work environment and culture.Management is very good.and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues.salary is decent but career growth is slow.

They give opportunity to employees but Apollo salary polices is not good. For e.g.. if any employ promoted from his previous post to high post. But also they don't increase any amount in his salary ..

Timely payment, learning opportunity from senior consultants. Able to treat patients with the help of required teams of specialties as needed.

Dislikes

Huge politics, low salary, administration is non co operative and desires work only superhumans can do.
