They aren't focusing on improvement of work culture. Still the are following 1980s model. All are manual works. Wasting stationery like anything. Management should concentrate on this.

Nothing much except good exposure to patients.

Dislikes

Pathetic clinic to work.Salary is very poor.No appraisals,hikes ,increments.No employee benefits,no health insurance benefits, surprisingly there is no maternity leave policy also.Doctors are fired from job if they are taking maternity leaves Micro level management is very worst.Managers here are biased and are always busy with their personal clinics instead of concentrating on the Apollo clinics

Good number of cases, so great hands on experience and opportunity to learn even further.

Dislikes

Poor salary and monetary benefits when compared to other benefits. And poor health benefits provided for the staff. Even after falling sick due to working in dense COVID situation, you will have to struggle to get tests and medicines done for yourself on zero billing basis.

I liked working apollo because, they do ethical practice, improvement of soft skills, multidisciplinary approach, patient care

Dislikes

Dislike is salary, and there no much growth, or there is no proper training on important aspects like new technology that are available, sharing of knowledge, or training session from Senior doctors, training of resident doctors on treatment aspect rather unnecessary Technical aspect like billing that's ridiculous

Likes

Good oppurtunity to learn, fantastic doctors, good work environment, friendly staff.

Dislikes

Poor salary, no incentives, poor work-life balance, no growth oppurtunities. Don't recognise the talent and HR don't value when it comes to giving appraisals eventhough your scores are good on the appraisal form.
