Retention offer

Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too

Mr.Yash Shah is CEO, a youth CEO, leading by 360 degree in organisation,No university stamp can give you best exposure like him.Excellent HOD. Nothing much to comment on this matter! Just join the public sector culture to impress employers or clients with false matters and bribe with money and personal favours to every colleague at Apollo Heat Exchangers Vasai

Not single, but several factors which no sincere employees shall approve of. Additionally to above culture, Everyone working for this company is well aware of rampant corruptions to bribe their sole cosistent client officials of Indian Railways. Its only possible in India to approve products at Indian Railways without meeting its any of mandatory criteria required for IR critical requirements risking people travel with Indian Railways. Shame on me for being part of such company found involved in such unethical business with Indian Railways and encouraged Black Money Laundering through its Employees during demonetisation by Modi Govt.
