Salary Negotiation in an interview

Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more. Anyway a face to face interview is scheduled next week. How to ask them a higher salary from what I have mentioned earlier. And how much I can ask more. Please help. Thanks in advance.

Apollo has given best career...and...best education...for me....i started my career with Apollo as a ambulance assistant that also only with S.S.C qualification ...now i have completed my double P.G.....and now i become junior supervisor in emergency department this will happen only in Apollo.... feeling proud as a Apollo family member...thank you Apollo
