Apollo Group is excellent but Excelcare Hospital is an hopeless institution since beginning. Unless and until Apollo took whole of it's share it will be an hopeless organization. There is no hierarchy system, everyone is CEO here, there are no leaders; educated, qualified and experienced people doesn't have value, they are not being listened. After doing so much of hard work you will not be appreciated. You are part of an organization but some people treats you differently. HR is the worst since beginning, now new people have arrived don't know whether they will streamline the things or they will also go with the flow, time will speak. Apollo's culture is good but Excelcare's culture is hopeless.

1.Hopeless Operations head 2. Hopeless HR team ( These are the people working since inception) 3. Hopeless Digital Marketing head 4. Hopeless Nursing heads 5. Medical head doesn't have any say, No body listens to her, subordinates are being exploited just becoz Consultants and junior doctors are not listening to her. 5. Nepotism plays a greater role here. 6. Those who are sincerely contributing to this organization since inception has no value. 7. Knowledge can't be imparted, if so they will not listen to you in fact they will ignore you. 8. They will make you work like donkeys. 9. If possible some outsiders not from Guwahati must come and control these people.
