The product line, infrastructure, machinery and testing facilities are good. The employees are quite helpful and share knowledge with each other. MD is very knowledgeable and he has got some unique ideas on embedded systems.

Job security - Good

Dislikes

There is no role clarity and no organization structure. Payment of Salary is the weakest link as employees are not paid on time..Generally 3-4 months' salary is pending for the employees..The company does not provide any F-16 to the employees for filing IT return. There is no clear directions from the top management about the business objectives and focus areas for the organization.
