Overall experience is really good with Apollo except the nursing salary which is really worst for the Balance life style, especially in Bangalore. I would recommend them to research about the nursing salary . Apart from that everything is really good with Apollo .

The company has nothing which you can like. I used to work in Newtown, Kolkata unit which is under Sanjeevani Health & Lifestyle (SHLPL).

Dislikes

...ekananda Road. Suddenly they will remove from your position without any warning. They give salary late. Due to their wrong rostering your salary or leave will get deducted.

... upcoming competitive exam. If you're looking for a permanent job this isn't it. It might be helpful if you're looking to supplement your pay. Management is in good hands but they have minimum to nil knowledge of anything related to medicine, so the RMP has to stay vigilant. Apollo is very proactive when it comes to keeping the Doctor up to date with the latest happenings in the field of medicine. Overall if you're a fresher/beginner who has just stepped out as a Junior Doctor, it's a good place to start.

Dislikes

Pay is decent but paid sick leaves and festivals do not exist for clinical staff.

There r no salary hikes even after working for 1yr as a doctor and if at all any one ask they tell it’s not there in the agreement , felt so disappointed as a doctor I go for home visits even after they asked to work for COVID conditions also I did but they disappointed me completely in this issue. 2. Hi, I'm here to share a part of my journey from the past 12 years in my career, I started from a package of 3.6LPA in 2013 at iGate and due to a few bad decisions on my career and worthless advices from people who are always pessimistic about the industry, I switched two companies and landed in a start-up with 2.4LPA. I worked hard nearly 8-16hrs a day single handed researched, built and managed an entire vertical of a project for 8 years. When the company didn't value my contribution and thought I was too young to become a manager, I had a package of 6LPA and Senior developer in designation. I switched for obvious reasons to a TL role for 12LPA and now at the same company I'm a TPM on the basis of my contribution with 48LPA as a fixed component. I feel outclassed in terms of having a fancy CV with certifications, I feel like CTC has hit a peak with 48LPA being fixed and nearly 40% in Variable. Most companies are hesitant to hire me because of this. What should be my next move?
