1. Work life balance was not good at all. 2. Product requirements are never clear and always needed multiple iteration in a very short span of time. 3. Felt like leadership was not sure what the right path for the company is. They're just playing the valuation game.

Compensation was the only thing that this company offered.

Everything else. The leadership had know knowledge of Product market fit. This translated to lack of clarity in the roles of the people. Every 3-4 weeks there was a major decision which changed the priorities and the org structure. While Apna has raised series C and are loaded with money in the bank, I felt like the company is at a seed stage! systems and processes were non existent! And the decisions were very unstructured.
