Toxic culture, with too many leaders and middle managers. Heirarchy is very confusing, and managers are dumb and can't be called leaders 4. Work life balance is bad. Work according to them or leave is the culture

Compensation was the only thing that this company offered.

Dislikes

Everything else. The leadership had know knowledge of Product market fit. This translated to lack of clarity in the roles of the people. Every 3-4 weeks there was a major decision which changed the priorities and the org structure. While Apna has raised series C and are loaded with money in the bank, I felt like the company is at a seed stage! systems and processes were non existent! And the decisions were very unstructured.
