Compensation was the only thing that this company offered.

Everything else. The leadership had know knowledge of Product market fit. This translated to lack of clarity in the roles of the people. Every 3-4 weeks there was a major decision which changed the priorities and the org structure. While Apna has raised series C and are loaded with money in the bank, I felt like the company is at a seed stage! systems and processes were non existent! And the decisions were very unstructured.

They give low salary and 4-8% hike all seniors have left the company because they do torture and use scare tactics to get work down

Bad culture, very hierarchical and politics oriented Multiple firings, often silently done Product and top management has no clue how to build the product, keeps changing every 3 months
