Compensation was the only thing that this company offered.

Everything else. The leadership had know knowledge of Product market fit. This translated to lack of clarity in the roles of the people. Every 3-4 weeks there was a major decision which changed the priorities and the org structure. While Apna has raised series C and are loaded with money in the bank, I felt like the company is at a seed stage! systems and processes were non existent! And the decisions were very unstructured.

Offer good salary package with high value medical insurance. Working style good and HR policy is very strong as compared to other companies.

PIP is most common for everyone, every 15 days you will get PIP from HR side and no job security. As Manager got PIP in 4 month as he joined in May 2024. Fired from company

They give low salary and 4-8% hike all seniors have left the company because they do torture and use scare tactics to get work down
