Compensation was the only thing that this company offered.

Dislikes

Everything else. The leadership had know knowledge of Product market fit. This translated to lack of clarity in the roles of the people. Every 3-4 weeks there was a major decision which changed the priorities and the org structure. While Apna has raised series C and are loaded with money in the bank, I felt like the company is at a seed stage! systems and processes were non existent! And the decisions were very unstructured.

One of the Things I appreciate most about working at apna is the company culture, the leadership team truly values its employees and fosters a positive and supportive work environment. this is evident in the numerous employee appreciation events and opportunities for professional development

Limited Work-life Balance high workload and job demands inadequate compensation and benefits

They give low salary and 4-8% hike all seniors have left the company because they do torture and use scare tactics to get work down
