1. No clear vision & strategy, trying to serve investors more than the customers. 2. Everyone is just trying to impress their boss and not focusing on solving the real problems. 3. Toxic culture, with too many leaders and middle managers. Heirarchy is very confusing, and managers are dumb and can't be called leaders 4. Work life balance is bad. Work according to them or leave is the culture

You can forge your own path easily, work on projects that interest you and develop new skills very quicky

lack of growth in terms of compensation, frequent change of operations because the company is in a very experimental stage which leads to a lot of time and effort going nowhere

Offer good salary package with high value medical insurance. Working style good and HR policy is very strong as compared to other companies.

PIP is most common for everyone, every 15 days you will get PIP from HR side and no job security. As Manager got PIP in 4 month as he joined in May 2024. Fired from company
