I was interviewed only about what was required to do the job. Also, it's a start-up company, so there were a lot of learning opportunities as we had a small team, so there was direct communication with even CEOs and Founders. Good for the development of skills.

Some Collegues are very supportive and have friendly nature else nothing is present in apna mart

The work culture is very bad, it doesn't seem like an office, there is no management, everything is just going on like this, I have never seen such a bad workplace. I will never suggest anyone to join apna mart because in this company you have no growth and no job security if you have join the Apna Mart but at the end you will regert yourself that why should i joined apna mart so never join apna mart

Never care about how much valuable you are never care how much effort you put, Senior management knows only one thing...it's done or not even they are not clear about what they are building. Specially in tech nobody in senior available so that you can learn. No CTO most important thier tech stack is as simple as school project not even college level.

Got a chance to work with good peers but now they’ve also left the startup.

Dislikes

Failed business model, shortsighted founders, absolutely no room for making mistakes. Company size is around 60-70 people then also work culture is very toxic. No doubt, worst startup to work and think about your growth.
