Unfortunately, I haven't had a positive experience here but I was grateful to learn that one other employee who desperately needed the income was rehired after leaving the job. Even though this was done because the organization's need was equal or perhaps even greater than that of this employee, at least they did right by this person.

Dislikes

... hardly helped in strengthening my skills or in motivating me to perform better. The compensation offered is also not much and so, it was exasperating to not have monetary benefit or recognition or validation for working tirelessly and sincerely.

Likes

Quite a few teachers were dedicated and also were allowed to teach the subject they were qualified in. Most of them work very hard and genuinely try to keep the students in mind even under trying conditions.

Dislikes

Teachers with specific skill and educational background were pushed into teaching something else based on the need of the school. Most of them are overworked and underpaid. This reduced their motivation and dedication. Quite a toxic environment and too much politicking. Strong and capable teachers seem to leave in no time at all. Too much encroachment of personal space with everyone playing the role of a counsellor even when not qualified to be so. No work-life balance.

I have never seen a school coordinate so well. Everyday you will love to go to school because every work is stress free here.

Dislikes

I find the students very arrogant & disrespectful. I think the school should be a little strict on students, else what we bring into this world will be a bunch of well educated but poor mannered people

Excellent working culture. Great opportunities for teachers to enhance themselves.

Dislikes

Nothing to dislike. Little understanding and appreciation will go a long way. Other than that nothing to dislike at all.
