Retention offer

Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too

Salary is very low and no appraisal at all. Salary doesn't hike. No other benefits at all. The work pressure is very high. Necessary equipment is not provided by the management. Necessary number of computers, tables or chairs are not there and the offices are like old buildings which are in dilapidated condition. Job locations shifts from one place to other but Transfer Travel Allowance is not provided.Travel allowance is very low and it is not sufficient. No on-job training. It is not a place for growth.

Work & work pressure and age is growing everyday but salary is not increasing even in 5 years

Twenty and above works in different sites which is 100.00km away from each site and only one project engineer

Good work environment and culture. Management is good. They provide work from home but disappointment because in covid - 19 situation work from house is not good for me Full of work pressure.

Dislikes

Lot of politics in the supporting staff. I am resigning the job for the month of November- 2020 but the salary is not credited for me.
