Lack of motivation, Lack of recognition, Caste politics in promotions and postings from 2018 to till date - Not to generalize it but, it all depends on Chairman and GMs who get deputed to APGVB. Earlier to 2018 it was good. Hope it gets better now as the entire management gets changed shortly.

Likes

Working in this bank is a challenge as its orientation is rural and I found the challenge invigorating. Now that except one or two perks salaries are comparable with commercial banks. And I say it proudly is the number one among the 40 odd RRBs in India which sponsored by SBI.
