There is no dislike to tell on Ap Genco. And one think is Some People don't have manners.. Some are weird persons are there..

I would like to share few lines about my work experience in APGENCO. ✓I got good experience in thermal power plant and hydroelectric power plant. ✓ I was working in operation side, earlier worked in maintenance. ✓ I think APGENCO will give you good experience in operations and maintenance.

I have only been good experience, there's no such bad experience.

Talking about teamates and working with them is really a good experience for me and always willing to explain for us and there are practically allow us to participate in the actions and activities

Dislikes

In the RTPP that is only the dislike is maintainance and neatness

Retention offer

Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too
