The salary hike is very good.

It does not have many clients just one major is Goldman Sachs and they call to office all 5 days and there's a discrimination between contingents and employers on the client side.

Salary offered during joining but I was not aware they will be firing after completion of Project. They should hire consultant for such requirements. They should not play with resource carrier. Work company and culture. Fired threatening harassing resource for resignation after their work done.

Dislikes

...thing you need to resign today if nit we terminate and you will not get any job. Even they are not ethical to give salary for next 2 months. No support after firing. Worst unethical company I ever seen. If resource is not upto mark after 2 years then their training and placement hr hiring team is responsible. They don't know whom they should hire and this should not impact person whom they hired.

No salary delay. Good clients.

Dislikes

No job security. They are liars. Don't trust them. They make false promises at the time of joining. They promise to provide chance to work on projects either in their own company or one of their client companies if project gets completed in the client company which you have joined. But, once the project at client company completed they will fire you. They stop responding to your calls and emails. They don't respect you and treat as if you are useless when you visit their office. Never join this company. You will be happy only at the time of joining. You will repent for sure once the project is completed.

Starting career at infostretch, learning opportunities for Fresher is good. And flexible timing.

Dislikes

No compensation, have to ask for hike every time, less employee benefits, Once you out the paper suddenly you're valuable, work life balance is not there. Management is not Proper.

I like in this company is friends and enjoy to work with them and also other team members also should be nice relationship in this office

...portunities in this office is less and need to change another company is better. Salary is also less in this office. Not better
