Personally I felt that a employee should engage according to their qualification and expectations. Career growth is somehow I felt little bit slow but overall work environment and policies are good.

Nothing.. No training provided.. keep on shifting from one job roll to another.. one department to another department. Have to accept everything they say. they'll make employees dance like monkey. Dictatorship. salary won't come on-time. if you will ask for salary then they'll delay even more.. No growth.
