Hi, I'm currently drawing a salary of 27.7 (25.3 is fixed) LPA in my current organization and I got a new offer for 39LPA (33.3 is fixed and 1L joining bonus total 40) I'm almost going to complete by 2 years in my current organization and overall I have 11 years experience as QA. Good culture.company staff (chemist) salary was very poor.and plant 1 actual duty time 8 hrs but compulsory 12 , 14 working in production department. Overtime amount 1 hr 50 Rupee's only. I expected overtime time amount 100 rupees.

... with personal hygiene free mask , sanitizer, food, transport etc.., providing. lockdown time Apex going to loss but salary and increment , bonus are giving to all employees to satisfied. Apex is good platform to grow our future. Definitely I telling Apex is one of my family like my dad.

In this company salary is less and work pressure is high. Sometimes when I was going to work when I will come to my house I don't know. Sometimes I worked on 18 hours a day. I don't have job security. So I was decided to came in IT sector.
