There is a lot of politics and the management doesn'taddress our issues salary is decent but career growth very slow

Good work culture. All employees are helpful. So many projects are running.

You can't able to balance between professional life and personal life. Excess duty hours, official duty 9 hours but you have stayed more than 11 hours.

Workers are dedicated even permanent workers too.

There are no any written policy, things are verbal only. I have never seen any office order in written . Incapable managers , dirty politics for saving himself .

The company is near by my Home Town. My seniors have always healthy relationship with me. Teammates are helpful and sincere. Variety of Working jobs and Customers. Project handling is fine.

Less career growth, Low managerial environment, Low training programs regarding new projects.

Earned a good friends learnt how to tackle in difficult situation and also learnt to handle in pressure

Dislikes

They look preference for their own people which I don't like it , and the most important thing they don't think about employee benefits and their satisfaction
