...itics. Team leaders only favours their buttering employees. Negative atmosphere. Pay less and expect more from employees. Bad reputation amongst the clients and only works on C2C roles that too with small number of companies. No job security. No senior support or training for fresher's. May be the worst of staffing companies in Noida as per my experience

Nitesh Sir was one of the best Team Lead i dont believe there would be a team lead present like him in the Apetan/Techfield right now. Job security is till then only when we are having running billing cycle . Salary growth is not fair with the recruiters no such policies made by the company .

They changed their words when we are going for salary hike , when the BDM is going for salary increment they just do it and when recruiter is going for the same seems like they are not giving more importance .

Being my first company I really liked the work environment.Apetan is an employee friendly company which creates a great work life balance. I would surely suggest this company

There is nothing much i disliked while working for the company. The company was budding up in the market and is growing faster than ever. They lacked resources sometime but overcame swiftly.
