There is huge gap in terms of salary between people doing the same job. Managers are not approachable. Forget the associates, managers are themselves running behind getting promoted. HR Toh u don’t even see them most of the times in office but want all other to work from office. They think ppl will like company if they keep chocalate peanut butter free in the cafeteria.

...ome up to you as position. Imp: most of time employee leave cz of their manager At some situation doesn't matter there is a diff in salary like 19-20 but if your manager is approachable you will never feel about the salary at one point

Great place to work. Employee centric company and all the team leaders and managers are friendly and helpful. No cabin system for anyone. Company doesn't provide cab service but if female aligned to night then they will get work from home facility. Office location is also very near to the millennium city centre metro station.

It is a farely new organisation, and once you join, gives you a approximate wholesome picture of how an organisation actually functions.

Barely any scope for growth. No proper hierarchy. HR functionalities are pretty weak, making life very difficult for individuals. Small organisation, hence less scope for growth in the organisation.

nothing. probably the worst company I have worked for whether CNX, TP, Accenture. Came in thinking I was joining a tech company and ended up working for a sweatshop

HR, Leadership, Perks, Invisible founder communication. NO MATERNITY LEAVE
