Working Culture very bad, Zero Job security, It is not a corporate company it's a LALA Company i say because sometime they post a notice on just day before of your weekly off(Sunday) and told to came on sunday also saturday is half day but same sometime they post notice a day before about full day working. Discrimination, all employees are same for their organization but there are some employee who got all benefits like PF, Mediclaim etc. But some of employees not have a benefit of Mediclaim, i do not understand how they discriminate among the employees but it is very poor practice.

It is good organistion with good employees, Not too much work load, good for learning as well as good team support.

Dislikes

They hired employees on contractual basis, Please do not join as a contractual employee in this way you can't get many benefits.
