Apeejay give the salary on time

Dislikes

In Apeeejay there were huge managerial staff, who give the order to junior staff but not provide the solution to the staff how to complete the work. In head office higher authorities like the people who can do the buttering and like that persons who always say boss is always right. they have the people on higher post who always take the credit of the junior's work.

The previous principal had good intentions for the betterment of school and teachers. Vice Principal and coordinator have better vision for the school. Teachers are talented, skilled and hardworking but sadly always overworked.

The new principal at Navi Mumbai is absolutely awful. Their etiquette is non-existent. They've put zero effort into understanding the school’s culture or challenges. Instead, they micromanage every single thing, dragging the entire school environment down with their negativity. This principal shamelessly is building her own portfolio while dumping endless, pointless tasks on teachers, often with absurd same-day deadlines. They don't even let teachers speak, interrupting them after just a few words. Teachers are openly forced to work at home and stay late. There's no end to the unnecessary meetings every day. After slogging through all nine lectures, teachers are stuck in useless meetings and buried under last-minute tasks, leaving no time for lesson planning, paper notebook corrections, question paper documentation or any other essential duties. The teachers are overwhelmed, falling sick, and utterly miserable. They say we can always approach them for queries but there is always a waiting line to meet her. Teachers barely get 5-10 mins in between work to meet and discuss work with her but they end up wasting their time in the line. You have to wait for 4 days before you can even enter her room, to be interrupted again. They've never uttered even a single word of appreciation or gratitude to any of the workers since they've joined. Rather keeps expressing disgust for the school infrastructure. You may expect work from teachers but check if the teachers have enough appropriate resources to use for work provided by the school itself. To top it all off, after enduring this hellish workload, teachers still face zero job security. Even those who have dedicated 6-7 years to the school are thrown out right after probation without any replacement resulting in other teachers having to manage their workload. This principal is a disaster, plain and simple.
