Those who butter the top management are left to stay in the organization. Incompetent and unskilled people's are sitting in the organization and getting salary hike by buttering. No job security, no appraisals, working environment is horrible.. people are working under fan no ac's. Terrible infrastructure and facilities.

HR Head..Directors.. Managers are only on papers. Don't have decision making and financial powers. Monopoly of top management.

Completing a post-graduate diploma in management (PGDM) is no small feat. It takes dedication, hard work, and a lot of effort to make it to the end of the course. However, I am happy to say that thanks to the support and guidance of Apeejay School of Management, I have successfully completed my PGDM and secured a job in one of the leading banks in the country - HDFC Bank. I would like to take this opportunity to express my gratitude to Apeejay School of Management for all the help and support that they have provided me during my academic journey. The faculty members were not only knowledgeable but also approachable, making it easy for me to clear any doubts or queries that I had. They were always willing to go the extra mile to help me achieve my goals, and I cannot thank them enough for their guidance and support. Apeejay School of Management also provided me with ample opportunities to hone my skills and develop my knowledge in the field of management. From guest lectures by industry experts to internships with reputed companies, Apeejay ensured that I had exposure to the real-world scenarios in the industry. This helped me to develop a practical approach towards problem-solving and decision-making, which has been immensely helpful in my current job. Finally, I would like to thank Apeejay School of Management for helping me secure a job in HDFC Bank. The college's placement cell provided us with excellent placement training and helped us prepare for interviews and group discussions. This gave me the confidence I needed to face the recruitment process, and I am happy to say that I secured a job in HDFC Bank, which is a testament to the quality of education and training that I received at Apeejay. In conclusion, I would like to thank Apeejay School of Management once again for all the support, guidance, and opportunities that they provided me during my academic journey. It would not have been possible for me to achieve my goals without their help, and I am grateful to them for everything they have done for me.
