No corporate culture. No work fixed HR policy it should be revised as per only company fever. The worst thing appraisal policy and their payment in coming 2 years. Rigid in out time. Over all if you one particular skill i.e. "BUTTERING" than apco is best organisation.

Good work enviroment and cultural.Teammates are supportive.There is a huge cafeteria and gamin arcade for chilling.

There is aloy of politics and the management doesn't address our issues.Salary is decent but career growt is slow.There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign.

No appraisal for 2 YEAR IF YOU JOIN IN OCT MONTH .THEY DEDUCT 2 TIMES OF THE PF AND 2 TIME OF MEDICAL INSURANCE APPROXIMATELY 6 THOUSANDS DEDUCTION FROM YOUR CTC
