There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address aur issue salary is decent but career growth is slow . There is bond of 2 year before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to New joinees.

Apco Infratech is one of the reputed companies of India. The company pays a lot of attention to its faculties and skill development.

As the company's salary timing is very late. Job security is also not very good

The company is open to innovation and readly adopt . I love the fact that i am a part of a team that career growth . The company have Plant and machinery good make . they have some road project annual tern over approx 4000 crore.

Dislikes

Compensation island decent but growth is average .The work pressure is high sometimes , I have to work 14- 18 hours in as day i have attend Director and managers call in the night .Staff facility is notaries good.
