...anagement is transparent.there is huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling.company polices are good appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address aur issue salary is decent but career growth is slow . There is bond of 2 year before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to New joinees.

The company is open to innovation and readly adopt . I love the fact that i am a part of a team that career growth . The company have Plant and machinery good make . they have some road project annual tern over approx 4000 crore.

Work satisfaction - Excellent

Dislikes

Compensation island decent but growth is average .The work pressure is high sometimes , I have to work 14- 18 hours in as day i have attend Director and managers call in the night .Staff facility is notaries good.
