Now, I’ve been shortlisted for the Product Designer role and have learned from some sources that their maximum budget is 14 LPA. How should I approach the negotiation? ...tside. we can't expect a career growth because it is a government organization. Salary is good to living and a fresher can learn a lot under seniors and seniors are very supportive. I work under Mr. Srikanth (Project Manager), Seriously he gave me the good stuff. I love working here and everywhere we can see politics and but here I can say (according to my view only) The HR and administration department was worst than worst.

No hikes,no improvement,no cultural activities,no xtra activities,over time work,taking projects more than strength,no games,partiality project wise.No other thing will be here except doing work.
