Hi All, During a job opportunity, when the recruiter asked for my expected CTC, I mentioned 12 LPA, as my previous job's fixed salary was 7.8 LPA. Now, I’ve been shortlisted for the Product Designer role and have learned from some sources that their maximum budget is 14 LPA. How should I approach the negotiation? Would it be reasonable to ask for 14 LPA, considering I initially stated my expectation as 12 LPA? The job is based in Gurgaon, and I have 4.5 years of experience. Looking forward to your advice!

Dr Aparajita and her unskilled companion have ruthlessly killed My Raja (Labrador Retriever). He was having high fever. We went to the APC Clinic, they pushed some injection which seemed painful to my dearest Raja. After that they applied saline. Sometime later they asked me to take him to our home back and gave few medicines. However I was shocked upon seeing that Raja's two hind legs got paralyzed. They didn't even give any diagnosis proofs nor prescription. We went back home and it made us full of tears seeing Raja started gasping like anything.He struggled for around 4 hours. I kept on calling the doctor, but never get through to that heartless, money- laundering, butcher Dr. Aparajita Roy Chakraborty. After a long battle Raja took his last breath, leaving his sweetest memory. 😢 😢😢😢 God will never forgive this awful doctor and her impudent staffs. MY REQUEST TO ALL PET OWNERS TO BOYCOTT THIS PET CLINIC IF YOU LOVE YOUR DEAR AND NEAR PETS. IHAVE HAD NO MEANS OF FINANCIAL SUPPORT TO FILE COMPLAINT AGAINST THEM TO THE POLICE. 😡😡😡😡
