Good work environment and culture.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

The company is an open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. I love that fact I am a part of a team that market reliable, high quality products and has a global client base

Good place to learn lot abt technical things, but to be frank I ma working as contract employee no increment nothing salary wise full waste...carrier wise okay okay ...

Salary from past two years no increment ...fir transport they ill deduct amount ..for canteen they ill deduct...

overall good experience about job security as well company going in right path toward the technology . work culture are good and decent toward the work management and also policies are good towards the new joining member in a group.

i am satisfied with my job but sometime working hours are taking a long time for resolving the issues like 12 to 14 hrs. so I would like to tell if my job schedule arrange from Monday to Friday , so on Saturday we at least do our personal works and take a break from our busy schedule . some times for a mobile location call, the material we carrying with us during travel which is difficult so think about it and send material direct on customer site .
