Salary Expectations

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?

The company is mainly encourage the freshers. i have great experiene in Aparna Sarovar i have learned/improved so many things like.communication skills, addressing the mails, problem solving etc... carreer growth is good and every year have salalry increments and best employee selections , work environment is very cool.

Dislikes

Not cooperation from internall departments like HR,Constrtuctions, marketing.accounts etc.
