MD sir is genuine person and Only good thing is salary will come on time except that all other things about Company is ruled by only 2communities ,so much politics site , Engineer has no right to do anything you have to do work after permission of sr engineer although you're doing correct, all upper cader are all of same community and they force you at extremely to work on Sunday's, holidays time also they will force you to work , overall worst experience in career .

No work culture, no ethics, no job security (anytime they can remove), no job satisfaction, no training and development skills, sales head will use abused words and he won't motivate any person. Conclusion: don't join this company. Do enquire about this company before joining. Thank you!

Nothing to like except the salary is on time.

Only work, work, work, no time for family, no direct connection with higher management, no proper timings higher management says only 8hrs duty but at site it goes upto 10hrs, Sunday's working, holidays working and so on....

... fact they force to come to site on Sunday and public and national holidays to.. salary is very very least in the industry compare to other construction companies in hyd.
