...s are supportive. Management is not so good. there is no canteen in the company. Company policy about resignation is not good, they give a 3 months notice period, appraisals are fair and they give a moderate hike and bonus every year but salary is also low but as a freshers or trainee it is good fit for learning.

Dislikes

Management does not address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is very slow.
