Current Management and current working policy and working nature is terrible. Company is trying to capture the market but not looking towards the employees and their salary befits. No increment from last 5 years. Terrible experience.

I really enjoy working here. Two of the biggest reasons are the excellent work-life balance and the opportunities for skill development. The company culture supports a healthy balance between personal and professional life, which I appreciate. Additionally, I've been able to significantly grow my skills and knowledge through the projects I've worked on and the training provided. It's a great place to learn and advance in my career

While I appreciate some aspects of working here, I have concerns regarding compensation. I feel that the current compensation structure doesn't adequately reflect the work I do and the value I bring to the company. This is a significant factor impacting my overall job satisfaction.

In Aparajitha you don't have to compromise the work life balance. A good company to work and salary is also good respect to the market.

Salary is decent but career growth is slow. On the job training is not given to new joiners.

The company is very good knowledge in labour law part, I love to learn lot of things from there. Team supportive is good and work environmental everything is too comfort for all.
